• Water Sports or any other activity other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
• Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, camera/video camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
• Cost arises due to change or delay in flight timings.
• Any Airfare, Visa & Medical Insurance.
• Visa is available on arrival at an approx. cost of US$ 35 per person.
• Anything (Meals, Transport & Services) that are not mentioned in the above ‘Inclusions’ section.
• Travel Insurance.

• Non-refundable upfront amount, under any circumstances.
• Prices are very dynamic and depend on the weather, season, and other circumstances.
• Price can vary at the time of booking
• Before the trip can begin, the full trip fee must be paid. Pending Payments may result in the trip being canceled.
• Before boarding, the IDs will be validated. No boarding will be permitted without a proper government ID.
• Booking transfers are not authorized. Only the names listed at the time of confirmation will be permitted to travel.
• There will be no refunds for any inclusion(s) not selected by the Client.
• Travelers must take care of their bags and valuables. The management will not be held liable for any lost things during the tour.

Free cancellation, if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the date of arrival for the Land part only.

50% cancellation will be charged if cancelled 44 days before travel.

90% cancellation will be charged if cancelled 30 days before travel.

Credit Note :

The Booking Amount will be credited to your Travelxpeditons Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Email ID. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.

GST :

Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

Pending Refund :

Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.

Partial Refund :

Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.

Remaining Amount :

Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.

Bypass Policy :

Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
