Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you (“You” or “the Customer”) and Travelxpeditions Private Limited (“We,” “the Company,” or “Us”).

By booking any trip, tour, package, or service through Travelxpeditions Private Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or proceeding with any payment.

1. Booking & Payment

To confirm a booking with Travelxpeditions Private Limited, a non-refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation.

All packages are subject to change based on real-time availability, hotel availability, transportation availability, and prevailing prices at the time of final payment. Any significant changes to the package, including hotels, airlines, transportation, or itinerary, will be communicated to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Booking Amounts

The applicable booking amount is as follows:

• Weekend Trips: INR 3,000/- per person

• Domestic GIT: INR 5,000/- per person

• International GIT: INR 10,000/- per person

• Customised Trips: 30% of the total package amount

The booking amount is non-refundable, subject to the cancellation and refund provisions mentioned in these Terms & Conditions.

3. Final Payment

Customers are required to clear the full outstanding package amount within the specified period before the departure date.

Failure to make the required payment by the applicable due date may result in cancellation of the booking and/or associated services by Travelxpeditions Private Limited, and applicable cancellation charges may be imposed as per the prevailing cancellation policy.

4. Final Payment Deadlines

• Weekend Trips: 7–10 days before departure

• Domestic GIT: 15–20 days before departure

• International GIT: 30–45 days before departure

• Customised Trips: 20 days before departure

Note: The exact payment deadline may vary depending on the specific trip, supplier policies, airline/hotel requirements, or operational requirements. The customer will be informed of the applicable deadline at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the customer, the booking amount is non-refundable, as transportation, accommodation, and other services are often booked and paid for in advance.

• Cancellation by Travelxpeditions: If a trip is cancelled by Travelxpeditions Private Limited, 100% of the package amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice

Free rescheduling is available with prior notice as follows:

• Weekend Trips / Treks: At least 15 days prior

• Domestic Trips: At least 30 days prior

• International Trips: At least 45 days prior

If a booking is cancelled within the applicable timeline, the eligible amount will be issued as a credit note valid for 1 year, instead of a cash refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of cancellation or disruption due to government restrictions, natural calamities, protests, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the following options may be provided, subject to availability:

• Shift to another scheduled departure on the same weekend

• Reschedule the trip to a later available date

• Receive 100% of the booking amount as a credit note, valid for 1 year and applicable to any fixed departure
