Itinerary

The group assembles at the pick-up point at 6 -7 PM (tentative) with heaps of excitement. We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing session will also be provided. Afterward, we’ll head out for an overnight journey to Kasol. You can indulge in group bonding sessions and get to know fellow travelers along the way. Note: The pickup point will be Majnu Ka Tila Bus Stand/Akshardham Metro Staion.

Rise & Shine, you have arrived at the one and only Parvati Valley! Upon arrival in Kasol, we will check in to our designated hotel where we'll have lunch. Afterward, we'll hike towards Chalal which is a quaint village that offers beautiful views of the entire Parvati Valley. After spending some peaceful hours surrounded by nature, we'll head back. In the evening, we will visit the Local market, and indulge in Cafe Hopping to explore the array of cafes that Kasol has to offer. Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kasol. Note: Standard Check-In time is 01:00 PM. Highlight of the Day: Chalal Village, Kasol Market and Cafe Hopping

It's time to get high on Himalayas! After a delicious early morning breakfast, we'll head towards Barshaini. Upon arrival at Barshaini, we'll start our trek for Kheerganga traversing through pine forests, countless streams, and tiny hamlets. Along the way you will come across waterfall crossings, cafes, and many scenic viewpoints that offer you breathtaking views of the Parvati Valley. Upon our arrival in Kheerganga, we will walk around and explore the majestic views of Pin Parvati, Tosh Glaciers, Sar Pass etc. After spending some time on the top we will trek down to Rudranaag our campsite. We'll check into our designated camps where we'll spend the rest of the night indulging in group bonding sessions. You can also spot stunning views of the night sky from your campsites. Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Rudranaag. Highlight of the Day: Kheerganga trek, Views of Parvati Valley

Waking up to a glorious sunrise, we will set out for yet another awesome day of fun and adventure! We will start by taking a hike in the meadows and after a healthy breakfast, we will begin our trek downwards. En route Kasol, we will stop by the sacred Manikaran Gurudwarawhich is famed for its healing hot water springs. After paying our respects at the temple, we will head for Manali. Upon reaching Manali, we will check-in into our Hotels and set out to explore the town on foot. You can explore Old Manali which offers great views and good vibes along with indulging in shopping at Mall Road and going cafe hopping. Dinner and Overnight Stay in Manali. Highlight of the Day: Manikaran Gurudwara, Mall Road, Old Manali

We will wake up early in the morning and after a delicious breakfast, check out of our Hotels, refresh, and unwind in the lap of nature. After freshening up, we will set out for a picturesque drive to Solang Valley. This valley is famous for its snow-clad vistas and an array of adventure activities like Paragliding, Zorbing, ATV Rides, etc. We will also visit Sissu Valley. The entire day is full of fun, laughter, and endless joyous memories. After spending an amazing day in the lap of the Himalayas, it is time to bid goodbye. In the evening, we will board our overnight bus to Delhi and head back home. Highlight of the Day: Solang Valley, Adventure activities, Sissu Valley Note: Visit to Sissu and Lahul Valley will depend on the weather, subject to change. We will visit Solang Valley instead of Sissu if the weather doesn’t permit. Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

We'll reach Delhi by early morning. The group will dissemble and go their separate ways with fond memories of the trip. Trip Ends. Note: Please book your return flight on this day after consulting with your Trip Coordinator.

If our vehicle cannot move due to heavy snowfall, we will provide an extra 4x4 vehicle at an additional cost, and guests will need to pay on the spot.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to

the Cancellation of the trip.

The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be

allowed to travel.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client. Travelers must take care of their

luggage & belongings.

The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour. The time of

Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the

pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to

put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous

routes.

Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip

coordinator(s).

Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule

departure. Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns.

Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes and we

recommend for you to be in the right shape to make most of them.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we

aspire to bring to you a hassle free and memorable experience. Tripminia shall not be responsible for any

delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards,

accident, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses

incurred due to theft or other reasons. Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical

ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general

well-being!

cancelation policy

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
