Customers have to follow the Covid regulations/Protocol of each detsinations. Please check with your tour consultant to for the updated Covid Regulation.
Any mandatory quarantine or isolation, if any, will be the responsibility of the travellers/Customers.
Travel4seasons will not be responsible for the consequenses of a sudden government directives with respect to the new covid regulations,
GST if not mentioned in the rates
TCS- 5% applicable on the land package
All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary
Free cancellation, if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the date of arrival for the Land part only.
50% cancellation will be charged if cancelled 44 days before travel.
90% cancellation will be charged if cancelled 30 days before travel.
Credit Note :
The Booking Amount will be credited to your Travelxpeditons Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Email ID. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
